ACTIVE RIVER PROJECT - A DAM ALTERNATIVE
The 2024 lecture series kicked off at the Arcada Theater at 7:00pm on Wednesday, January 17th with Scott Shipley of S2O Design and Engineering (now a part of Calibre). He shared his Active River Project concepts for St Charles and how other communities have creatively used river engineering to deal with dam removals, and their resulting success.
